Theater Salad was founded for two purposes: first to increase multi-cultural sensitivities in Korea by introducing cultural capabilities of migrants and second to let migrants themselves have cultural pride by participating in various performing arts. Salad, composed of migrants who have different cultural capacities, wishes to bring changes and communication into Korean society
by expressing multicultural issues in Korea through performing arts with positive belief that multiculturalism is possible in Korea.
